Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZABOO AI (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Shofutei LLC. Do not use the App if you do not agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

ZABOO AI is an AI-powered video creation application, distributed as Android package com.zaboolab.aivideo, that enables users to create video clips from prompts and images, use AI-assisted motion and video templates, access premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases, and download or share generated content.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain App features may require a subscription or the purchase of in-app credits. Charges, prices, renewal periods, and benefits are shown in Google Play before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play account settings. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or permitted under Google Play's refund policy.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content depicting minors in sexual or harmful contexts
• Create or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, illegal, or otherwise harmful
• Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
• Reverse engineer, hack, disrupt, or use unauthorized automated access to the App
• Violate applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

Intellectual Property and Content

Your content. You retain ownership of the images, prompts, and video materials you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use that content solely to operate and improve the App.

Generated content. AI-generated video output may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires an applicable premium subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted content and uses.

Our content. App designs, templates, branding, and technology are the property of Shofutei LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that AI-generated results will meet a particular expectation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shofutei LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
